Learn Five Golden Rules of Bankroll Management to Improve Your Online Poker Play

Many poker players - even the pros are likely to passionate through for their online bankroll, wasting their weeks or months of winning online poker play by going broke in one two bad poker playing session. And the strong reason behind it is the fact that for a successful online poker play, you need to be more disciplined and controlled than live poker. Because the players are more experienced, play is fast and you can't see anyone when you are in the deep end.

This article highlights some golden rules of bankroll management that will surely help you to improve your online poker play.

1. Play within Your Bankroll Limit

If you really want to make money online, then always play within your bankroll limit. In the online poker, you are playing against everyone else. If you have a limited bankroll against the huge bankroll of your opponents and if the poker was a zero-sum game, you would go broke.

But luckily, if you're a winning player, you can hope a positive return on your investment. But you must have enough money in your bankroll to make the swings and variance irrelevant.

Your bankroll, although finite, must be large enough to seem big. So follow the golden rule of having less than 5% of your bankroll in play on one table at a time.

If you really want to be superb, drop that number as low as 1% or 2%. Most of winning and experienced players play with bankroll 10x that. And if you never need to worry about going broke at a particular game, changes are you won't.

2. Don't Monitor Your Balance

If you are always playing within your bankroll limit, then you don't need to worry about going broke. As you play with chips, not the money. So, you should not worry about the money during your online poker play as it's quite irrelevant. Although, you can easily check your online bankroll balance with a simple mouse click, but it can force you to fall into the trap of micro-managing your account. While, you are on the winning streak, whenever you check your balance, you feel good. As your balance goes up, so does your spirits. But a single bad beat can make your balance go down and then you will feel so bad. Now you want all the lost money back immediately and as soon as you think about it, you have started "chasing your losses." You compel your play to get you back in the leading position and this is your first step towards total self destruction. Especially in poker, making money is like "slow and steady always win the race" and losing money is a quick drop.

So if you are monitoring your balance, you'll fall into the depression of "a week's work lost" or "It will take you a week to get back what you have just lost in an hour."

The best way get it back fast is increase your limits and look for a big score.

3. Pay Attention to Your Game

When you are playing real money games, every session, pot and decision is important and even a little carelessness can cost you a lot of money. And the more you lose from carelessness, the harder it becomes to generate profit and avoid losing.

Limit Distractions: As the name itself suggests, a little distraction can take your attention away from the game and divert it to something else. And when you start playing poker without focusing on your games, you are almost certain to make many mistakes.

All players are different. Some players can play just as well, if not better, while watching a movie. While other players want to shut everything else down to keep their focus on the game.

You must honestly measure your ability for multi-tasking and set yourself up to play in the best poker environment.

Don't Play Out of Boredom: You play poker because you love to play, or because it's a way of your living. But playing poker when you're bored will compel you to make poker your personal entertainment.

Sometimes, poker is not interesting at all. If you're only playing because you're bored, and you're having a boring session, chances are you're going to make wrong moves to push the action.

If you're bored and you don't seriously feel like grinding, then its better not to play poker at that time.

4. Take Care of Your Human Needs

You are human ultimately. And all human beings need regular maintenance and care to stay healthy. So when you are not feeling well, then you are not going to play your best poker game.

Always consider following things during your online poker play:

Hunger: When you're not eating well or feeling quite hungry, you're can't think as quickly or skillfully as possible. Also, the hunger is just one more distraction to prevent from thinking about poker.

Comfort: When you're uncomfortable, you're distracted. So get a good chair, a good monitor, and set yourself up as comfortable as possible. You can also search on the internet for more tips.

Exhaustion: When, you're tired, you can't play your best of your game. And if you're not playing your best game, then ultimately you will lose. So regardless of how good the game is, when you feel quite exhausted, its better go to bed and take some rest.

Mental Distractions: If you have anything which creates a tension in your mind, then can't play your best game. So it's better not to play poker at all until you feel enough normal. Drugs and alcohol are other mental destruction. Having one to two glasses of beer during the games is one thing, but when you are drinking more and paying less attention to your games, you can't win in any situation. It doesn't matter what you think, you can't play your best game when you're drunk.

5. Don't Play When You Feel Any Signs of Tilt Meaning of Tilt: Tilt is the number onebankroll destroyerin the world. When a player lets his/her emotions cloud his/her poker judgment, it's called going "on Tilt." Often, when a player suffers a bad beat or a losing streak, they will go "on tilt." So if you feel any signs of Tilt, then its better to stop playing the game and engage yourself in some other activities. When you feel better, get back to the game and play your best game.

Best Online Slots Deposit Bonuses

Best Online Slots Deposit Bonuses
Most of my casino bonus strategy guides actually advise players to avoid slots-specific bonus offers. However, online slots are the most beloved of all internet gambling devices, therefore I felt it necessary to publish a document counseling internet casino slots lovers on how to get the best online slots deposit bonuses.
I typically discourage slots bonuses simply because there is little strategy to be applied when playing the online slots. Thus, online casinos love to award slots-only deposit bonuses because they are well aware that the player is less likely to fulfill the terms to clear the bonus before the free casino credits run dry.
However, if you follow my advice, you will have the highest possible chance of clearing the best online slots deposit bonuses and actually making a profit before you're done.
There are two ways to get a slots bonus. One is by claiming a no deposit casino bonus. These are great because you don't have to make a deposit to get them, so you're not actually risking you own money. But if you take a look at the fine print, you'll see that the rollover requirements are incredibly high, often 75x or higher, and you rarely get more than $10 to $25 or so. Just a few unlucky spins and your no deposit casino bonus is all gone.
The best online slots deposit bonuses give you much better wagering requirements, as low as 15x or 20x the deposit + bonus amount. Most online casinos will even give you better than a 100% match when claiming a slots deposit bonus, further increasing its value. Imagine depositing $100 and getting $400 more on top of that?
Let's review for a moment; lowest wagering requirements plus highest matching percentage equal best online slots deposit bonuses. Are you with me so far? Good. Now we'll discuss how to complete those wagering requirements.
As I said, slots have the lowest rate of applicable strategies. But that doesn't mean there's no way to slide the house edge down just a little bit. It's all a matter of slots selection.
If you like the classic reels, check out the pay table. Look closely at how much you get paid for a 1-coin bet, 2-coin bet, etc. The max number of coins should yield a higher payout, not an even multiplier. Let's say the slot accepts up to 3 coins. If a specific winning combination pays 3 coins for 1 and 6 coins for 2, betting the max 3 coins should pay better than 9. If the payout is even at 3-6-9, do not play it. Find a better payout ratio and always bet max coins to increase your payout percentage.
If you're more into the video slots, go into the pay table and see what kind of special features the game offers. The more special features there are, the more likely you are to trigger one. Bonus rounds and free spins are where the real money is in video slots. If the winnings received in free spins are multiplied, that's even better.
Although I personally prefer less game restrictive online casino bonuses, all of you slots lovers out there can make the most of your deposited dollars by heeding my advice. Seek out the best online slots deposit bonuses and use every strategy available. A few lucky spins and all of that free cash could really be yours.

Online Casino Games With Live Dealers

Online Casino Games With Live Dealers
There are thousands of online casinos that entice online gamers to visit each and every day. While casino gambling for money in the United States is illegal on the Internet, there are plenty of casinos that are willing to accept United States players. Online casino games with live dealers are extremely popular with many gamblers.
One of the reasons that many gamblers enjoy gambling with a live dealer is that they are able to imagine they are at a real casino. Also, many gamblers enjoy interacting with a dealer who is able to respond personally rather than through an automated set of comments. Other players believe that they may have better odds when playing with a live dealer versus a dealer that is not going to be able to communicate with them. Many casinos that have live dealers may reserve the dealers for their best players or players who have a high rating at the casino. However, some online gambling companies allow players who are playing blackjack, roulette or craps to interact with a live dealer free of charge. Players need to understand that there is a cost to everything, especially when gambling online!
There are a number of casinos on the Internet today. Often, the more popular the casino, the more options they will have for gamblers to choose from. However, some casinos that are smaller may offer live dealers in order to try to fill a niche demand in the market. Gamblers must understand what they are looking for in order to know why online live dealers are so important to many games. Casino employees often bring an enthusiasm or energy to the game that makes many players want to continue gambling. Why not gamble with a dealer who is going to help you a little? They cannot give away their edge but they may be happy to see you win and angry when you lose.
Online casino games are becoming increasingly popular as more and more technology makes online gaming more enticing. There are many games that are being played in casinos today that have new twists and turns on the Internet. These games are designed to make players want to sit down and gamble their money on some of the unique conditions that the games can have. Why not enjoy playing the online casino games that take these twists so you can enjoy yourself online?
Live dealers are increasingly popular with older players who believe that the computer may be fixing the odds. Many online dealers are willing to allow players to see the entire deck and ensure that the game is being played to strict odds. Gamblers should understand that many casinos do play to official rules but they are not required to unless the country they are located in inspects them. Players need to understand where the casino is located and the rules of the game. Anyone who does not understand these terms and conditions should not be playing online casino games.

Perfect Card Counting Every Time

Perfect Card Counting Every Time
It's time to cut to the chase. Almost every post on blackjack forums, almost every article and most experts agree that card counting devices are useless.
There has also been a lot written about how they are also illegal.
To a certain extent I agree on both counts, but there are exceptions that should be noted.
It is a fact that most card counting devices are inferior to counting. I could go down the line and critique each one but suffice it to say that most of them have serious flaws. Some can't be used in any casino because they cannot be hidden, one is sold by a convicted internet scam artist, most do not have the capability to give the true count, at least one is a throwback to the 1970's and takes as long to master as card counting itself, some have issues with wiring and buttons. Most of them are completely overpriced.
As far as the illegality issue, electronic devices used to gain an advantage in casino games are illegal in nine states. Those states are Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey and Nevada. These 9 states account for approximately 45% of all casinos in the USA. The remainder of the states have NO laws against electronic devices.
There are also casinos on hundreds of cruise ships where there are no laws regarding electronic devices. Canada has 123 casinos and no laws against electronic devices.
Consider the rest of the world which has over 3300 casinos, most with no laws barring electronic devices and it begins to come into focus that perhaps there is a place in card counting for an electronic device if it performs correctly. After all, most Forum posts, articles and expert commentary out of hand dismiss ALL counting devices and lump them all together, when the only fact is that they are all different. The other issue is the legality of these devices.
The common thread is that they are illegal and don't work. A question comes to mind in this regard. If they don't work why are they illegal? Certainly some don't work or work only as well as card counting, so why are they illegal? You would think the casinos would welcome anything that didn't work, wouldn't you?
Most of the negative comments and articles concern legality, but there are card counting purists that take the stand that says why use a counting device when you get the same results by counting cards. These people have already spent innumerable hours honing their counting skills and may be a little jealous of anyone that can perform at their same level or higher without all of the work.
The fact is that a card counting device is easier to use than merely counting cards. It can be more accurate, thereby making it more efficient than counting. It virtually eliminates mistakes. Also there is less fatigue which leads to fewer mistakes.
The perfect counting device should be easy to use, undetectable, capable of converting the running count to the true count, small enough to hide and it must be sturdy. May I add, it should be priced fairly.
I have developed the perfect card counting device, you were wondering where this article was going, one that conforms to all of the above criteria and then some. I call my invention The Wiz. Simply put it is the worlds most powerful and easy to use card counting computer.
Without going into the details in this article, it works better than card counting, almost DOUBLING your winning percentage, no matter what count you use.

Blackjack Dealer Tells - Blackjack Strategies

Blackjack Dealer Tells - Blackjack Strategies
Card counting is used in blackjack as a way to beat the house edge which is always against the player. There really is no way to beat a casino's dealer except through methods that might be considered cheating. Reading the dealer is another one of these methods that can be extremely easy for some players, especially poker players. It doesn't require studying mathematics and blackjack basic strategy. Also, card counting is usually extremely hard for anyone to learn because you have to keep track of a card count throughout the game.
The benefit of reading dealer tells is you can concentrate on the game and not have to think as hard about the mathematical odds. All you need to do is watch the dealer for awhile to pick up a few important patterns that will be described below. If you wanted to get an even bigger edge, you could supplement basic strategy and card counting along with reading the dealer tells. The tells that the dealer will be giving off are going to be based on basic strategy, which is the assumption that there are more 10's in the deck than any other card because all the face cards count as ten points as well. Because of this, there is a higher probability that 10's will be drawn.
Determine the Dealer Hole Card
Knowing what the dealer's hole card is would be far more valuable than card counting. If the dealer has an ace facing up, the hole card must be checked to determine if the dealer has a natural blackjack (21 points). It is possible to read the dealer during this time to determine what this hidden card may be. There are two paramount things that you should be noting. The first one is to notice how long the dealer looks at the card and the second is how much the card is being bent up so that the dealer can read it.
Each card has numbers, symbols and sometimes faces. We all know that a face card (paint card) is either a Jack, Queen or King. Notice that in blackjack, all face cards count as 10 points. So the dealer doesn't need to check long to determine if it is a Jack, Queen or King. This corresponds to a quick glance at the hole card when the dealer is checking. This is a great tell with many experienced blackjack dealer who have played for a long time.
You can also determine when the dealer has a stiff hand or stiff hole card as well. If the dealer doesn't have a face card, then they must look more closely at their card. A stiff card would be a 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6. These cards are bad for the dealer and good for the player because the dealer would have to draw one more card after showing the hole card. Because there are more 10 point cards in the deck, there is a high probability that the dealer would go bust and the player would automatically win. The higher this stiff card is, the better the odds are for you.
The best card for observing a dealer tell is a hole card of 4. If you look at a deck of cards, the ace and the 4 almost look alike. For example, someone with bad eyes would have to take some time to look at the card to see the difference between "A" and "4"! This would be a powerful dealer tell that would be denoted as the dealer taking longer than normal to look at the cards and possibly bending it up higher to observe the correct symbols.
The great thing about winning at blackjack due to dealer tells is that the dealer normally isn't even aware that they are giving away tells. They are not poker players so they are not gambling with their own money. Players can usually get good at this by playing with the same dealer for the whole night or for many days. A good word of advice is to look for dealers who are "loose" and give off obvious tells such as bending the cards up at different heights and taking various time lengths to look at cards.

Easy Card Counting in Blackjack

Easy Card Counting in Blackjack
Card counting is the practice of dealing with the probability that one has the advantage, primarily in blackjack and its derivatives. This can be achieved in several different ways, all based around the principle of tracking the ratio of low to high cards at any given point in the game. The basic idea is that high cards are more valuable for the player, while low cards, namely 4s, 5s, and 6s, are preferable for the dealer. This is because high cards, particularly aces and tens, offer a higher probability of a blackjack, and lower value cards decrease the chance that the dealer will bust (as he is required to hit stiff hands, whereas the player may hit or stand as she sees fit).
The practice is not illegal, although casinos reserve the right to disallow players that are known or suspected card counters. Card counting does not involve affecting the deck in any way, but rather, the player's own interpretation of the deck. Each card the player sees is assigned a score which estimates the value of that card in relation to the game, and the sum of those values is tracked. There are a variety of different ranking systems, but all involve designating a positive, negative, or null value to each card. When a new card is dealt, its value affects the sum of the running count. Low cards will increase the count, as their presence means that the percentage of high cards remaining is increased. High cards, likewise, decrease the count.
The High-Low system, a popular and rather simple method, adds one for each card valued 2-6, and subtracts one for any ten through ace, while the 7, 8, and 9 receive no value. It is considered an easy system to learn and maintain because of its single-level count; the count is never increased or decreased by any more than one. This makes it easier for the player to keep track of and still keep his head in the game itself.
The Zen Count, on the other hand, is a bit more complex and allows for more pinpointed accuracy in surmising probability. The more valuable cards, 4-6, are assigned a +2 value, while the 10, Jack, Queen, and King are all given a value of -2. The 2, 3, and 7 are assigned values of +1, the ace is a -1, and the 8 and 9 are null. This method is a multilevel count, and while it is considered more accurate, it requires more thought and time, and may therefore prevent one from playing as accurately, defeating the purpose of the system one is using.
If a player is able to play more quickly and thus earn more money using a simpler system, there is a little point in using a more detailed and accurate system, but this is entirely up to personal experience and preference. Many more card counting systems exist to enhance one's us casino players experience. It is merely an issue of trial and error to find which system is best for the individual player.
